Q- I forgot my username or password to log into the site, what do I do?
If you forget your password, click on the “forgot your password” link. You will then enter you username (email). Following the receipt of our email, you will be prompted through steps to retrieve your password and/or create a new one.

Q- What is the warranty policy that comes with purchasing products from Network Distributors?
We stand by the quality and compatibility of every part we ship. Even with our rigorous testing that sets the industry standard for quality, we cover our products with the following warranties and return policies:
- Lifetime Warranty on all third party transceivers and memory modules. At our discretion, we’ll even cross-ship the replacement for you.
- 1 year warranty on all fiber patch cables, direct attach cables and attenuators. With the exception of special order items, all unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns will not be accepted on special ordered items.
- 90 day return policy for store credit for all unopened products.
Q- What methods of payments are accepted by Network Distributors?
We currently accept all Credit Cards, as well as, Paypal transfers. Your information is 100% secure.
Q- If I place a large order will I receive a discount?
Q-I need to cancel my order for some reason, is this possible?
Immediately call 1-888-689-0101 to speak with us. All orders are sent to our warehouse immediately after they are placed to be processed. They may not be able to cancel your order if it has gone out. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can.
Q- I cannot find the product I need; can I still purchase it through Network Distributors?
Most definitely! We will work with you to satisfy all of your needs. We have many products that may not be listed on our website, simply contact one of our experienced sales team members to help you find the product you need.
Q- Do I need to have an account with Network Distributors to get a quote?
Q- What is the cost of shipping?
With all orders, there is FREE 2day FedEx shipping. For $5 you can opt for overnight shipping.
Q- How will I know if Network Distributors received my order?
Once an order has been placed and processed, you will receive an email of confirmation. Included in this email will be your order number, expected delivery date, the shipping address, and any additional changes that may have been made to the order.
Q- What happens if there is an issue or problem with my order?
You will be contacted by a sales representative should any problems arise.

Q- Who is responsible for the “Return Shipping” costs?
The buyer is responsible for the “Return Shipping” costs. Please note that the refund or exchange will not be issued until the product has been received and processed by our team. Once received, your refund or exchange will be sent out immediately.
